Program DescriptionOur after-school enrichment program runs in alignment with the 2025–2026 HISD academic calendar year, starting August 12 and concluding on June 4. Stay After School with Precinct 4 offers a curriculum that balances learning objectives with physical and emotional well-being by delivering free STEAM and sports programming after school. Activities are designed to promote teamwork, critical thinking, and personal expression. Whether building robots, painting murals, 3-D printing, or playing team games, students are encouraged to discover and develop their talents in a fun, structured environment—all at two convenient Harris County Precinct 4 locations.
Program Schedule
The program operates Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at two convenient Harris County locations:Jim & JoAnn Fonteno Senior Education CenterThomas A. Glazier Senior Education CenterThe program will begin on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, and conclude on Thursday, June 4, 2026, following the HISD school calendar. It will be closed on all major holidays and school breaks. Each afternoon includes multiple activity blocks for enrichment, movement, and social development.
